Hip Stretches

As the hip joint is the mid-point between the lower back and knee, it is paramount that we keep this region mobile. This is because greater hip mobility and strength will result in more functional knee stability and less force travelling up into the lower back.

Good hip mobility will enable greater activation of the gluteal muscles in day to day activities and sport.
