Carlo has been amazing throught out my rehab. Heel was severely comminuted by a bad fall from a ladder. He thoroughly diagnoses the problem and gave me a good rehab program that got me back to running much earlier than i had expected. You can clearly observe how he loves his job and sincere in getting you better. In comparison to my experience with other physios in AU and NZ, he is the best. Others just do their job routinely.

I would like to recommend Carlo Villadiego from Lexington Health for anyone seeking physiotherapy for recovery from injuries due to broken bones etc. Carlo expertly assisted me with a program of exercises for my upper right arm & shoulder after an accident resulted in multiple fractures & the insertion of a metal rod by a surgeon. I was unable to do many simple tasks, using my right arm but consulting with Carlo I'm now able to function in my everyday life again with full use of my arm.

Carlo is great. I'd had a problem with my elbow for a couple of months. Finally went to Lexington and booked with Carlo due to other online reviews. It was a long slow process to recover from tennis elbow, caused by gardening and golf. It was advised it would take somewhere from 3 to 9 months and was sorted out in roughly 6 months. I dutifully followed the instructions and exercises provided and I am now better. Still need to continue with ongoing maintenance and this is much better than not having any strength in my right arm. I highly recommend Carlo and Lexington Health. This is now my go to physio.

What a great team at Lexington Health! Ben, Amy and Carlo have been amazing during my treatment for a significant shoulder injury and rehabilitation. Despite having very low muscle strength, I was encouraged to perform exercises that were far too intense for my condition. I followed the instructions seriously at home every day, and during a session in early May with Mr. Ben, I was guided through exercises that were simply too much for my knees. About a week later, I developed severe pain in both knees and had to visit the emergency department. This resulted in a serious flare-up of my osteoarthritis, requiring a month of anti-inflammatory medication and significant discomfort.This experience has had a major negative impact on my daily life. I strongly urge the team to assess patients’ physical limitations more carefully, especially when muscle strength is low. A one-size-fits-all approach to physiotherapy can cause real harm.I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

Carlo was my physio at Lexington Health over several months while I rehabilitated a knee injury. He was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the rehabilitation process. I have changed review and rate them 1 star because of the front service desk not helpful with young people. If a young person doesn't have the knowledge of how Medicare rebated works or he needs a letter from thier GP. She will not inform them.I am still keep this comment: Carlo is professional, caring and informative. He listened carefully and diagnosed my problem then gave treatment. Treatment made a huge difference to my recovery. I would really recommend his service.

From the first second when I see the receptionist (Dominic) until I finish the physio session has been fantastic. It has been a very positive progress to my weak ankles and heels. I'd give Lextington Health a higher rating if I could! My surgery didn't go as planned, and I haven't had the easiest recovery. Ben was suggested to me, and I am incredibly appreciative of his expertise, compassion, understanding, and warmth. Have had Carlo look at a couple of separate sports injuries I had over the past year. He has been great. On both occasions I have recovered to 100% strength and function after the rehab plan he recommended. The process was great, first the initial consult where he's actively listening and trying to find more context around the pain/movement, then aims to validate it with the expertise and experience (lots of different exercises tailored and often without the need for expensive equipment at home). Will always go back to seek Carlo's help on injury rehab as well also help me understand the body in general for a sustainable active lifestyle. Keep up the good work, Carlo!
